      长久没写博客了,实在是事情太多。十一忙着买家电,等着送家电,送家电的人蹭掉了门套油漆,有和苏宁搞赔偿。4号拍了婚纱照,5号等着送沙发。忙碌的十一就酱紫结束了。
     每天都有很多课,实在是体力活。但为了人民币,再累也要撑下去。每当想到给韩国人唧唧歪歪一周就能买台最破的微波炉,我就会充满了满足。啊,多么容易满足的女人啊!
     好了,先上我家沙发的玉照。这个颜色是我和熊猫自己配的,效果ms还可以哦

自家美食迎盛夏

     夏天天气炎热,人的味蕾似乎也特别萎靡,胃口差。吃不下人就没精神,没精神就没                                           
力气,没力气就无法学习工作,搞装修,忙家具。所以,写几个家常菜,真的好家常啊,但味道清淡,营                                           
养也不赖。                                                                                                             
家常菜1:咯吱海带                                                                                                      
   海带是很健康的食品,尤其适合mm食用。所谓的咯吱海带,就是凉拌海带。咯吱两字                                          
突出了鲜香爽脆的特点。                                                                                                 
   主料:海带丝。小菜场有的卖,超市也有。不要买那种浑身都是盐的哦,太咸了。要                                          
买绿绿的,有精神的。                                                                                                   
   配料:盐、糖、白醋、豆豉酱                                                                                          
   方法:海带买回来后,水中洗洗,然后在沸水中汆一下。少放一点点盐,放糖和一点                                          
醋。接下来,放豆豉酱。要想海带丝好吃,不放豆豉酱是不莱塞的。豆豉酱可以放一汤                                           
勺。然后拌匀。接下来,放到冰箱里。要想海带入味,就要多放一会。半天最最起码的                                           
了。如果早上扮好,晚上食用,那更是美味了。                                                                             
家常菜2:“烤”鸭腿                                                                                                    
   主料:鸭腿                                                                                                          
   配料:鲜酱油、多味粉、胡椒粉、桂皮、干辣椒、老抽、高汤粉、生姜、大蒜头、料                                          
酒、盐、糖                                                                                                             
   方法:真的很简单。在洗净的鸭腿背上斜着切几刀,放入沸水中汆一下。去掉血水                                            
,洗干净。把鸭腿放入锅中,倒入水。水淹没鸭腿的一半就可以了。然后放入料酒、鲜                                           
粉,生姜大蒜。大火烧开,然后中火,等着里面的水慢慢“烤干”。快烤干的时候记得                                           
翻动一下。                                                                                                             
     这个“烤”鸭腿一点油都没放,是相对清淡的肉菜。最后剩下的酱汁,如果不喜欢                                          
浇在鸭腿上,还加点水,用来煮土豆,或者冬瓜。                                                                           
家常菜3:啤酒鱼                                                                                                        
   主料:青鱼                                                                                                          
   配料: 味道较淡的啤酒(如三得利)、生姜、大蒜头、干辣椒(提鲜味)一根                                               
、鲜酱油、醋、糖                                                                                                       
   方法:青鱼切块,撒一点点料酒,和着少量生粉在鱼身两边按摩一下。不建议加盐给                                          
鱼做按摩,ms容易让鱼肉变老。油烧热后,放生姜打算和干辣椒爆香。然后放入鱼块,                                           
翻炒至变色之后倒入啤酒。啤酒淹没鱼肉的3/4就可以了。害怕有腥味就再放点料酒。加                                          
入一点点醋,适量的糖,鲜酱油少许,再根据口味加盐。煮一刻钟,然后大火收汤就可                                           
以了。                                                                                                                 
   啤酒鱼里不要放一点水,啤酒代替了水。鱼的味道倒是很嫩的。

    天热,来到酿苦瓜。嘻嘻,菜谱上学来的,做起来有些麻烦。但卖相还算可以哟~~
